About Me
I partner with scale-ups to develop new managers and emerging talent, so their teams can navigate growth and change while performing together in a sustainable and healthy way.
With over 25 years of experience in Learning & Development, I’ve built and led high-performing training teams, designed learning experiences for managers, sales, and service teams, and delivered large-scale cultural change programs. My work is all about making connections between people, their teams, and the wider business objectives.
Over the past year, my focus has shifted to coaching and mentoring professionals who are navigating anxiety, burnout, or that sense that “something just isn’t right.” I’m increasingly concerned by the rise in capable, high-performing individuals who are burning out or experiencing high levels of anxiety. Training on well-being and resilience can help teams to be happier and healthier.
My Mission
My mission is to provide managers with tools to create a work environment where employees flourish personally and professionally and to bring more awareness about the impact of burnout and how well being practices can help reduce long term sickness.
My Strengths
1. Adaptability - I have over 25 years of experience working in Learning & Development and have worked with people from all backgrounds. I have experimented with blended learning, managed LXP or LMS roll outs, delivered training and workshops on sales, service, change and leadership, and rolled out mentorship and well being programmes. I love to innovate and always focus on engagement and learning outcomes that make a difference.
2. People First - I have (roughly) calculated that I have given over 1K individual careers interviews, onboarded over 2K new hires, coached and mentored over 100 new managers and delivered 100's of workshops in international workplaces. I love working with people from all parts of the world and my experience tell me that I can connect easily and genuinely. I want people to leave with the tools they need to make an impact whilst remaining resilient and happy.
3. Well being is where my heart is. I burned out when my daughter was 2 years old and it took me along time to recover. This experience impacted my family, my friends and my team. Through recovery, I have learned to find balance, to manage my mindset and take care of my physical and mental health. I bring my well being experience, knowledge and skills into all aspects of my work because too many people are not recovering from stress. My goal is to help people to grow in a resilient and sustainable way.
