I have experience in creating a culture of continuous learning, rolling out learning initiatives from HR performance management to large scale culture change as well as recruiting and growing expert teams in L&D, Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management.

My experience spans the full employee lifecycle, from designing and delivering onboarding programmes, sales and service training, performance management and other HR change initiatives.
