I have experience in creating a culture of continuous learning, rolling out learning initiatives from HR performance management to large scale culture change as well as recruiting and growing expert teams in L&D, Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management.

I understand what it takes to deliver blended learning opportunities that meet evolving people and business needs. My experience spans the full employee lifecycle, from designing and delivering onboarding programmes, sales and service training, performance management and other HR change initiatives.

I’ve coached and mentored new and existing managers, enabling them to lead confidently through growth and transformation and I've designed and facilitated company-wide culture programmes that break through silos.
